What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

I am addicted to various business intelligence tools. Our business at WorldRemit lends itself to facts and figures being turned upside down and inside out. Numbers never lie!

What social network do you find the most useful?

LinkedIn (I like that there are no food photos).

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Treat all your customers with respect. Make their lives easier.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

That while you meet lots of people from different backgrounds and cultures, we are all essentially the same.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

I’m pretty good at setting aside some time everyday for exercise.

What’s your sleep routine like?

No matter how late it is or where I am, I make sure my mind is clear and relaxed before going to sleep.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Believe in what you do.
