If you’re not using Apple Music, but still use iTunes, it’s pretty obnoxious that Apple pushes the music subscription service in your face all the time. Good news though: with just a couple clicks, you can remove it.
The process here requires that you turn on a couple of restrictions:
- Head to iTunes > Preferences
- Click the Restrictions tab
- Check the boxes labelled “Apple Music” and “Connect”
With that, everything related to Apple Music disappears, which nicely cleans up the interface so it’s slightly more useable.
