Qantas Now Lets You Upgrade Seats Booked On Frequent Flyer Rewards Points

If you've booked an economy flight ticket using your Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the airline's Classic Flight Rewards program, you can now stack more points on top to get yourself an upgrade to premium economy or business class seat. Here's what you need to know.

Qantas' change to Classic Flight Rewards comes after competitor Virgin announce it was shaking up its own frequent flyer program.

If you book a ticket using Qantas points and still have some to spare, you can invest them into upgrading your seat. First class is still off-limits but moving up to premium economy or business class doesn't sound too bad.
