What social network do you find the most useful?

Definitely Twitter! Talk about incredible, you can tap into a stream of thoughts & insights from some of the smartest people in the world.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

1. Communication is key. 2. Listen to your customers. 3. Imagination is more powerful than knowledge. 4. The most adaptable survive and thrive. 5. And… dare to be different!

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

It never ceases to amaze me what a truly passionate, aligned and dedicated team can achieve together. A team working together to achieve a common purpose is an incredibly powerful force to be reckoned with!

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

I know that I don’t have all the answers, however I’m extremely driven & surround myself with amazing people who can help achieve the phenomenal.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Being a tech nerd I’m a bit of a night owl, and a terrible morning person… thank goodness for coffee!

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Create a vision that you are truly passionate about, surround yourself with awesome people (in your team, advisers, mentors, partners) who buy into your vision, and then it’s “pushing pushing”; 5-10 years of dedication and commitment to executing your plan with lots of twists and turns along the way.
