We all have certain times during the day when we’re most focused and have more energy. These “good hours” are when we’re at our most productive. Find your prime time with this tracking spreadsheet.
MakeUseOf’s Rob Nightingale shares this Excel sheet, which allows you to rate your energy, focus, motivation and creativity. Handy built-in charts give you a colourful view of your productivity patterns.
Nightingale says it’s best to track your productivity for at least one to three weeks, so you’ll get more insights. Try to stick to your usual routine while tracking yourself, ideally every hour or at least during the same times each day.
Then, after making one change to your routine, use the spreadsheet again to see how that’s affected your productivity.
Enjoy your life experiment.
