Even if you don’t like Facebook as a social network, its Messenger app is pretty killer. If you’d rather use the latter without the former, you can head to messenger.com, where you’ll find Facebook’s Messenger in a standalone site.
As tips blog Wonder How To points out, the standalone site hasn’t gotten a ton of exposure (we briefly mentioned it back in April of last year, but even I forgot this existed). However, it’s a handy way to stay connected to the people you need to talk to without a constant barrage of distracting news feed posts.
