Remember The Milk Gets A Total Overhaul With New Apps, New Design, And New Features

Web/Mac/iOS/Android/Blackberry/Fire: Remember the Milk was one of the first really big to-do apps out there, and today it’s vying for that spot again with a massive overhaul of every one of their apps.

The big new switch comes from the new interface, which looks pretty much exactly like a Google-developed app. It’s not just the redesign though. Alongside the new look comes new features for all the Remember the Milk apps, including subtasks, tag colours, a new share menu, better notification support, individual reminders and an offline mode. The catch, as it tends to be with to-do apps these days, is many of the new features (including subtasks, offline mode and Outlook syncing) are behind a paywall, which now costs $US39.99 ($56)/year. Regardless, if you’ve been a Remember the Milk user for a long time, it should be nice to see a more modern app design. If you were a Pro subscriber before, you’ll be able to keep the old $US25 ($35)/year pricing through 2017.
