Public Speaking For Cardboard Helps You Practice Speaking To An Audience

If you’ve never spoken on stage before, you might feel overwhelmed the first time you get up there. To help make you a bit more comfortable with the experience, Public Speaking for Google Cardboard helps simulate a crowd.

This app provides a virtual, 360-degree stage complete with a captive audience that can make you feel like you’re giving a real presentation. Alternatively, you can use the virtual board room for smaller-scale presentations, and you can even load your own slides. While it might seem a little silly, it’s a handy way to get used to the feeling of standing in front of a small or large crowd to get over your fears before the real thing.

To use the app, you’ll need a Google Cardboard unit. You can make one yourself with the official Google instructions, or you can buy pre-made kits online. The Public Speaking app is free.
