Sure, you could just pour some soda on top of some vodka and call it good. Or you could make fancy, cocktail-filled orbs of ice and literally break into a good time.

In this video from the Cocktail Chemistry YouTube channel, you’ll learn how to make perfect orbs of ice that you can fill with your favourite drinks. The process involves partially freezing an ice ball with a mould, mixing the cocktail, creating a hole to pour the cocktail into (use only new, unleaded solder tips or woodburning pens), and adding some garnish for extra flare.
