Don’t like nuts? Cosmopolitan has four other nocturnal snacking suggestions which you can find here. Also be sure to check out our own in-depth guide on the subject. (In short: Stick to foods that contain a little protein and healthy fat and keep your portions under 850 kilojoules.)
