The main problem with ask Lifehacker is that Lifehacker doesn’t notify the user when their question is answered in a post.
Recently I asked Lifehacker a question – but never saw it answered on the site. Perhaps it was (like my questions have been previously), but I never saw it.
That puts me off asking any more questions. I recommend keeping the requester in the loop.
That’s a fair criticism and one we’ll look to remedy.
