These Super-Chocolaty Rugelach Are Easy To Make: All You Need Is A Food Processor

Rugelach, those traditional Jewish cookies filled nuts, jam and other goodies, are delicious no matter what the season, and these super-chocolaty ones are filled with Nutella.

These cookies may seem difficult, but the super tender dough (made extra delicious by sour cream) can be whipped up in the food processor quite easily. Watch the video and click the link below for detailed instructions, but once the dough is made and chilled, all you have to do is roll it out, spread some Nutella on there, top with pistachios and a little flaky salt, and roll it back up and slice. Wash with a beaten egg if you like ’em shiny, and bake for about half and hour at 176.
