Unless you’re flying first class, you can’t expect much from most airlines. The majority of them leave much to be desired, but some are worse than others. Travel + Leisure has named the world’s worst airlines for in-flight service.

How is that best airlines link, not an Ad?
It is.
Would never fly United internationally again. Talk about dilapidated and out of date plans, they still had overhead projectors as the in-flight entertainment, and repeated the same three movies for the entire flight. Plus their staff seemed like they were only on the flight because they had pissed someone in the company off – akin to being posted to Siberia, only less friendly
This seems to be a watered down version of Skytrax
american article. not relevant
Welcome to Lifehacker.
Low cost carriers are low cost for a reason.
Wow, surprised to see EasyJet there. Granted they don’t have much on board service but I never had any hassle during check-ins, boarding, planes were usually well polished inside and out. They must have gone downhill in the last 8 years since I moved from the UK.
