What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

Phone, Outlook, Yammer, Twitter, Dropbox, Maps, Spotify (with Sonos app) and Office 365.

What social network do you find the most useful?

Twitter.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Never stop questioning.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

How hard it is to get momentum and how self-sustaining it is once you have it.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

I have a great memory and can piece together fragments of insight reasonably well.

What’s your sleep routine like?

I’m asleep within five mins of hitting the pillow (around 10.30pm) sleep well until 4am and then doze until 5.30am when I get up and work out.

What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Be very clear what problem you’re solving. Focus relentlessly on doing it better than anyone else.
