Twitter is fun; I look at it for ten minutes each day. That’s about it.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

How much time do we have? Really, you should learn something new every day.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

That I’m still in the same space (online travel) twenty years after I first got started.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

I’m not into exceptionalism at all; people who claim to be the best at something rarely are.

What’s your sleep routine like?
