Whatever the reason, this video (which is mildly NSFW, by the way) tells you how to get out of a rut with the Sensate Method.

As the School of Life explains, something usually happens to make sex become a touchy issue in the relationship rather than a fun way to build intimacy. Maybe there was a bout of impotence. Maybe you had a terrible fight about something sex-related. Whatever the issue, the more pressure, fear and anger you put on it, the less you want to have sex.
