Make A Hidden Belt Screwdriver MacGyver Would Be Proud Of

There are a lot of great tools out there for your inner MacGyver, but this DIY belt screwdriver doesn’t take up any pocket space and can hide in plain sight.

In this video, youtuber Shake the Future shows how to make any belt a secret tool belt MacGyver would wear himself. First, remove the old prong (the part that goes through the holes) from your belt. Then take a small screwdriver and remove the handle.

Use some tools to bend the screwdriver into a hook shape similar to your old belt prong (cutting off excess if need be), and then attach it your belt the same way. It’s totally functional for keeping your pants where they need to be, and it’s a fun, sneaky way to always carry a useful tool. Until you go to fix something, no one will even know it’s there.
