AutoRemote Lets You Control Your Android From Cortana In Windows 10

Chrome: Cortana is a pretty awesome voice assistant for Windows 10. If you run Android, you’re probably also used to Google Now being pretty great as well. Now, AutoRemote allows you to control your Android phone with Cortana.

The AutoRemote Chrome extension is an addition to the already-powerful suite of Tasker plugins that includes AutoVoice. Whenever you run a command on Cortana that it can’t answer, Cortana will open up web search results. Instead of sending that search to Bing, AutoRemote will redirect that command to Google Now on your phone or tablet. Like most Tasker options, this can require a bit of setting up, but once you do, you can control your phone without ever leaving your PC. Pretty awesome.
