Make A DIY GoPro Clamp Mount For Under $20

GoPro accessories cost big bucks, and often get lost in the field or while travelling. Thankfully, you can build five of these DIY GoPro clamp mounts for the cost of one from GoPro.

To make this clamp you’ll need a drill with 1/4″ bit, plastic spring clamp, GoPro tripod mount, ball head option, and some 1/4″ hardware. The video cites the cost as $10, though, which is a bit misleading, since you’ll also need the GoPro tripod mount which alone is around $10 (equaling a total of $20 for the whole project). Prices will vary according to where you get your materials.

This clamp mount will allow you to secure your GoPro in a ton of different ways, and help you get that perfect shot. If you lose one, it’s not a big deal to build another.
