Nobody likes to waste food, but the problem with leftover takeout is that, at its best, it’s less tasty version of whatever you ate the night before. (Exception: Thai food. Leftover Thai food is bomb.) But, with a little creativity, it’s possible to resolve this issue by transforming old, cold leftovers into delicious new dishes.
