Bartender 2 For Mac Adds Keyboard Shortcuts, Search, And More

Mac: We’ve always been fans of Bartender, because it’s a great way to clean up your menu bar, hide away items you don’t need, and organise your menu bar however you want. Now, a new version adds some improvements, including a keyboard shortcut, search, and El Capitan support.

The newest version is totally El Capitan ready and includes an updated UI that fits better with both El Capitan and Yosemite (including in Dark Mode). You can now navigate Bartender 2 with keyboard shortcuts, and search directly in Bartender (which is handy if you have a ton of stuff up there). You’ll have a ton of new options for customisation, including a mode that only shows app in your menu bar after they’re updated (like if Dropbox updates, or you get a new email). Current users can upgrade for $11.06, or buy it new for $22.13. There’s also a four week trial if you just want to check it out.
