Whether you’re just trying to avoid common money mistakes or have a unique milestone, you probably have at least one big financial goal you’re focused on. Do you have any money goals to reach by the time you’re a certain age?

For example, I’m currently saving to increase my emergency fund. When I first started my emergency fund a few years ago, I had lower rent and lived in a less expensive area. Now, I live in a more expensive city with higher rent, but never got around to increasing my emergency fund to match. My goal is to about double my fund by the end of the year. What are some of your financial goals and how you plan to reach them?

Working on clearing up my credit card debt by the time I’m 30. $20k in 9 months is doable, right?
I’ve paid off around $15k since February, so around 7 months or so. A big tax return helped. It really depends on how much of your income the debt is, as a percentage.
