Move To Apple Transfers Your Spotify Or Rdio Playlists To Apple Music

Mac: If you’re making the jump from Spotify or Rdio over to Apple Music, you have to leave your playlists behind. We’ve seen hacky solution before for solving this problem, but Move to Apple Music does a much better job.

Move to Apple transfers your playlists and your songs from Spotify and Rdio over to Apple Music. You can pick which playlists get imported and when you’re done, it will all be loaded up in iTunes so it can sync over to your iOS device. It requires a weird part when you “like” songs on Apple Music to get the software working, but after you get it working it will import everything over into a text file, which you can then import into iTunes. It takes a while (about two hours in my case, with thousands of songs), but it does work.
