You Can Now Test Android Apps On Mac With BlueStacks

Bluestacks for Mac is now out of Alpha, with an official release of the Android Desktop player for Mac.

The App Player is a free download via Bluestacks website if you’re keen to test out Android apps without an actual Android device, or if you simply want to take a specific Android app to the big screen.

Bluestacks has been available on Windows for years now, and an Alpha version for the Mac did surface back in 2012.

Just don’t tell Tim Cook what you’re up to. Apparently Apple isn’t all that fond of Android.
