There are lots of ways that you can ace job interviews. One important strategy is to prepare examples of how your work has impacted others.
Show the interviewer that you understand how the work you do impacts your team and company as a whole. For example, if you’re describing how you’re a detail-oriented person, you could also talk about how you were able to catch small errors that had a big overall result.
