Citrus powders can add punch to just about anything you cook, ranging from drinks to cooked meats to baked goods. Here’s how you can make your own super-easy, wonderful flavours.
Making citrus powder is pretty straightforward, but if you do the dehydration in your oven it can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours on its lowest setting. If you do have a dehydrator or an oven with a dehydrate setting, all the better.
