Making citrus powder is pretty straightforward, but if you do the dehydration in your oven it can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours on its lowest setting. If you do have a dehydrator or an oven with a dehydrate setting, all the better. All you have do is wash your citrus, slice it super-thin and remove the seeds, lay out the slices on baking sheets lined with baking paper, and then dehydrate them in a 65C oven (or as low as your oven will go).
