One word that best describes how you work? Energetically

What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

These three apps which make my life more colourful, more mobile and organised respectively; Instagram, Uber and Skyscanner

What is your best time-saving trick?

Forgo your telephone handset for a headset. It may not be the best look but it will allow you to multi-task while on long conference calls.

What’s your workspace like?

Tidy, but worked in with an irreverent colour scheme.

What’s your favourite to do list manager?

Airtasker, which is an app that allows you to outsource absolutely any task from dry cleaning to the mail or picking up ingredients you need for dinner. Freeing up time from the life admin allows me to focus on and power through my work to-do list.

Besides your phone and computer, what gadget can’t you live without?

My iPad mini. I use it for everything from reading to work to entertainment when I’m on the go (which is often).

What do you listen to while you work?

iTunes radio with genre dictated by whatever I’m working on. For example, when I’m working on an Excel spreadsheet for an extended period of time I have a penchant for 1980s soft metal.

What are you better at than anyone else?

PowerPoint presentations. That, and the running man.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Increasingly shorter and less frequent bursts of sleep than I would like.

Fill in the blank: I’d love to see _______ answer these same questions:

Yahoo!’s Marissa Mayer.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Be yourself and don’t ever apologise for it.

Anything else you want to add for readers?

Love your work. You only have one life, one shot so make it count #noregrets
