Dropbox Shared Links Now Open Directly In Android And iOS

iOS/Android: A nifty update coming to the Dropbox mobile apps: if you click on a shared link to a Dropbox file, it can automatically show up in the Dropbox app.

That’s handy if you want to save a copy of the file to your own Dropbox account, or use Dropbox’s own preview functions rather than native apps. Android owners can set the default behaviour for shared links to always open in the app; iOS owners have to choose that option whenever they click a link.
