Turn A Raspberry Pi Into A Portable Media Cente With An Old VCR

We all know that the Raspberry Pi makes a great media centre, but that wasn’t enough for Instructables user MisterM. He wanted to make the media centre portable, so he stuffed it inside an old portable VCR.

MisterM’s system integrates the Pi with all the VCRs function, so all the buttons actually work and do something. The whole thing has a screen attached to the back and works surprisingly well as a little portable system. Obviously, it would be tough to track down the same VCR MisterM used here, but the basics of building a portable media centre are all included in his guide so you can adjust them as needed.
