It never fails: you put your remote down on the couch or coffee table and then it miraculously disappears. This DIY couch mod shows you how to “install” your remote into your couch so you never lose it again.
Take the remote cover off and grab a few wires to connect to and extend the buttons. Under the pillow cover, cut a small slit in the pillow to place the remote inside, then sew it back up. (You might want to wrap the remote in insulation to avoid fire risk.) As you place the pillow back in the cover, extend the wires and poke them through the outside cover so you can use them.
