EasySIMBL Customises Your Mac With Powerful Plugins

Mac: There’s plenty of software out there to customise your Mac, but EasySIMBL takes a different approach. Instead of an app with a bunch of options, EasySIMBL lets you install your own plugins to customise apps, OS X and more.

EasySIMBL updates an old OS X tool that allows you to add functions to apps using plugins. Instead of digging into an app settings menu, these plugins basically just inject new code with new features in Cocoa applications. This includes stuff like removing the menubar in certain apps, embedding more images in the Twitter app and adding a bookmark option to the Dictionary. To install a plugin, all you need to do is download one, then drag it into the EasySIMBL app. If you’re looking for a few more ways to customise your Mac, EasySIMBL’s handy to have in your toolkit.
