- Consumer regulator the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is taking Christmas hamper layby specialist Christco to court. At issue? The ACCC says Christco continued to take payments even after payments were complete, and charged excessive fees for termination. The first court hearing will be in February.
