For many of us, homemade pizza is the best pizza — if you have the right setup (a DIY brick oven or outdoor grill, for example) and/or a special technique (cast iron skillet pizza and the right cheeses). Here’s another method to try: Grandma-style pizza in a baking sheet.
As Epicurious explains, Grandma pizza is a special kind of rectangular pizza, with crispy edges and chewy crusts that can handle any combination of toppings.
But the best thing about making Grandma pizza at home is that it’s super-simple: “Grandma pie is basically the crock pot of home pizza making.” You just stretch the dough so it fits in the 13×18 inch baking pan (no worrying if the crust is too thin or thick), let the dough rise overnight, and bake it in the oven at as high a temperature it will go for 20 to 30 minutes.
It takes more effort than tortilla pizza, but Grandma pizza is delicious and worth it.

250°C (as high as my oven goes) for 30 minutes. That would be charcoal. At this temp a pizza should cook in about 8-12 mins.
Have yo converted your minutes from inches to cm?
Yeah, something went wrong, methinks!
