In most tool bags, screwdrivers are stored tip down for easy access, but it can make identifying them a guessing game. Mark a “+” or “-” on a phillips or slotted screwdriver for easy identification.
For light-handled screwdrivers, use a black permanent marker. If you have some with darker handles, use light coloured nail polish to mark the bottoms. Better yet, lobby the toolmakers to make these markings standard on all screwdrivers… it’s amazing that this isn’t a standard feature yet.
