Yes.
It’s a typo. It should read that the “price per litre is rising to AUD$0.38.143 cents per 1000 millilitres.”
I created an account just so I could say:
“$0.38.143 cents”, are you serious? I think we deserve an apology.

EDIT: Looks like the Kogan thing is a pack that includes a lot of stuff you probably won’t need. Still, reasonable deal I guess.
