Xpire Sets Social Media Posts To Automatically Expire

iOS: Not every post needs to live forever. Xpire allows you to set expiring posts for Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.

We can all think of some social media posts that don’t require a long shelf life. It could be something as simple as “Who wants to go out tonight?” — a post that you wouldn’t want Facebook pushing to people’s feeds tomorrow. Whatever it might be, Xpire allows you to set a time for your post to disappear so it doesn’t have to stay up forever.

The app also houses a couple of other features, including a tool to help you manage followers and easily delete the ones you don’t want. The Social Score tool for Twitter shows you how much “questionable content” you post on Twitter, allowing you to evaluate your own feed.

Xpire is available for free in the iTunes App Store. It’s not super seamless or quick, so you wont want to replace it as your full-time social media client. It does get the job done when it comes to disappearing posts.
