Dress For The Job You Want, Even In Your LinkedIn Picture

We’ve talked about how LinkedIn can help on your job search before. Even if you have a great profile, your picture may not match your objective. Avid Careerist says the old adage applies to LinkedIn, too: dress for the job you want.

One caveat, dress appropriately for the job you want to land. Most of these people are wearing casual clothing. If your next job would be a suit and tie environment, then dress to that standard.
