Happiness matters. It makes us feel good, and that makes others feel good.

Happiness and joy are infectious. Often we pursue happiness for our own benefit, but the quote reminds us there’s nothing wrong or selfish about trying to be happier if you can spread that to others.

So strive to be happy, today and any other day. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself and everyone around you.
