Well, apparently this was a myth. An urban legend. Quite frankly getting a penis stuck in a vagina during intercourse sounds like one of those wild, completely unconfirmed stories that happened to a friend of a friend. But apparently it does happen, and the condition even has a hilarious name.
The phenomenon is known as Penis Captivus, a condition that sounds like the name of a Roman General from Monty Python’s The Life Of Brian, but is — according to the BBC’s Health Check — a very real thing.
After claiming on a previous show that it was a myth, Health Check began receiving emails from listeners who were actually the victim of Penis Captivus, on both the receiving end and the giving. Actually I’m still not entirely sure who receives ‘Penis Captivus’ and who gives it, but that’s another question for another day.
You can listen to the whole explanation here. As well as being hilarious, it’s also highly informative!

Welease my wodger.
Unlikely to be the subject of a future episode of Mythbusters.
Yet I’d love to see Kari Byron bust it.
Yes, if you’re lucky.
I’ve heard of it happening in the bathtub..
That vagina would need some extreme clamping power.
