IFTTT For iPhone Adds A New Location Channel

iOS: The IFTTT app for the iPhone is already a killer way to automate all kinds of things. Today it gets even more powerful with a new channel that allows you to trigger actions based on your location.

Just yesterday we mentioned LIFTT, an app that uses your location to trigger IFTTT recipes in a backwards kind of way. Now you won’t have to deal with a third party app, as the official IFTTT app does it much better. Like other recipes, all you need to do is create a trigger for your location (when you arrive or leave), and then set what happens next. The app gets a few other smaller improvements, including the ability to favourite recipes and better search.
