The New Glif Mounts Any Smartphone To A Tripod

The original Glif was a cool little Kickstarter project that easily mounted the iPhone 4 to a tripod. Now, a new version of the Glif mounts any smartphone to a tripod.

What’s nice about the new Glif is not just that it works with any smartphone, it’s that it also works with phones with cases and manages to be a tripod mount as well. The Glif has a simple, adjustable clip that slides in and out with an Allen key.

That means it’s essentially future-proof, which makes the $US30 price a bit easier to justify. It’s also tiny enough that it fits in your pocket, so you can take it with you anywhere.
