Is it a car seat manufacturer conspiracy that seat straps get twisted and tangled seemingly on their own? Either way, twisted straps are dangerous and can hurt children in a crash. Fortunately, you don’t have to struggle with the straps or completely unthread them to fix this annoyance.
As the “The Car Seat Lady” demonstrates in the video above, all you have to do is fold a little triangle in the strap and pull the buckle over it. Getting kids buckled into their car seats can be trying enough, so this is one less thing to struggle with.
