Amongst other tips, ATK’s Christie Morrison explains why you should stir your pasta as soon as you put it in the water instead of just walking away.
The video wraps up with one of my favourite pasta cooking tips: save some of your pasta water before you drain it — that water is full of flavour (and starch) that can help make your sauce stick to the pasta, or loosen up the sauce if it’s too thick.
