What’s In Azure Pack For Windows Server? [Video]

One of the new Windows Server products announced at TechEd 2013 North America was the Azure Pack for Windows Server, which adds numerous features originally developed for Azure into Windows Server for deployment in your own data centre. In this video we shot at the post-keynote press conference, Microsoft VP Scott Guthrie explains the new features.

Server Pack for Windows Azure is expected later this year — we’d guess in a similar time frame to the final release of Windows Server 2012 R2. Something else to check in this video: Brad Anderson’s intense concentration while Guthrie is speaking (Anderson is on the right). We wish we had his listening skills.
