Can’t wear that favourite jumper because it’s covered with fluff? The perfect tool for de-pilling may already be in your bathroom: a simple pumice stone.
Lightly run the pumice stone along the outside of your shirts, jackets, jumpers or pants to quickly restore the surface to its former smooth glory. While you can buy specialised de-pilling tools, I’ve found many of them just don’t work very well. We’ve also shown you how to use a disposable razor to de-pill clothes, but you run the risk of damaging the fabric with a blade. This method is a little safer.
