Keep Your Cling Wrap In The Fridge To Make It Easier To Handle

Using a roll of clingwrap can be an annoying challenge, especially with the cheaper stuff which often sticks to itself as you try to unfurl it or fails to cling to the bowl when you need it. Thankfully, both problems are easy to fix.

The folks over at Chow explain in the video above that keeping plastic wrap in the fridge or freezer makes it easier to pull off, and less likely to stick to itself when you rip it off the roll. It will tear easily, but still stick to the surface you want to apply it to. Bonus tip: If the plastic wrap simply refuses to stick to the container and give you a good seal, rubbing a few droplets of water — not much — will make it cling a little better.
