Keep An Apple Power Supply’s Detachable Plug Handy With Sugru And A Paper Fastener

The detachable plug that comes with Apple power supplies is handy when you don’t need the full extension cord, but they’re incredibly easy to lose if you’re not careful. To keep the plug from getting lost, you can use a bit of Sugru and a paper fastener to attach it to the brick.

All you need is a paper fastener that fits in the slot of the detachable plug and a bit of Sugru. Once you find a fastener that fits, secure it to the power supply grip with a bit of Sugru, and you’re all set. You should be able to slide the plug right on and store it on the power supply itself so you don’t lose it when the extension cord is attached.
