Turn A Bra Underwire Into A Lock Pick

Maybe you often lock yourself out of your own house, or perhaps you just want to learn how to pick locks to get a better understanding of security. If you don’t have a set of picks handy, Instructables user hailtothkngbby shows us how to make one using the underwire in a bra.

This trick is handy because it contains something you will almost always have with you (provided you are female or travelling with one). This particular guide turns the wire into a Bogota Rake, a special kind of lock pick designed for “raking”. Raking is a method of lockpicking in which you move the lock pick in and out quickly to move the tumbles (see the video above for a demonstration).
