iOS: Fancy browsing for new jobs on your trip home from the daily grind? Peoplebank’s job search app lists current roles from the recruiter in a convenient interface.
You don’t need an app to browse a site for vacancies on your phone, but the PeopleBank app has a couple of neat twists. You can set it to automatically remind you to start applying for new roles six weeks before a contract ends, and apply directly from within the app using details drawn from your LinkedIn profile. It also offers basic resume tips and the ability to share jobs with colleagues if you spot something suitble for them.
It’s a free download for iOS devices. (An Android version would not go amiss!)
