Google Redesigns Apps Support Site

There’s no longer a free option; if you want to use Google Apps for Business, you have to pay for it. Under those circumstances, it seems only reasonable that Google has improved its support options by redesigning its support site.

The redesigned site uses a tabbed interface to work through issues. Once you drill down to specific topics, you’re in the familiar text-heavy Google support environment, but the initial navigation is certainly easier. Perhaps surprisingly for Google, search isn’t given much prominence, with the search box placed in the top right corner.
